Do you come to my area?

Just check our easy to view Zone Maps (West & Far West Suburbs, or Far Southwest Suburbs) and see which zone your city falls in and if charges apply to your order. If your area is outside of any of our zones and you have further questions, contact us and we'll gladly assist you.

How much is the delivery charge?

In most cases, there is not a delivery charge. Because we serve several cities, different charges may apply. Please view our Zone Maps (West & Far West Suburbs, or Far Southwest Suburbs) for details.

What are the dimensions of your inflatables?

What do I do if it rains during my event?

Be sure to exit all persons from any unit. Unplug the unit from the power source and cover the blower if possible. Weather is checked daily to ensure your event goes as smoothly as possible. We will contact you the day prior to your event to confirm all information. In the event of storms, etc., we will inform you at that time and you are not obligated to the rental. HopOnIt! reserves the right to cancel any inflatable due to high winds, storms, hail, and unforeseen acts of nature.
