**ALL UNIT PROVISIONS AND RENTAL LIMITATIONS:  

  • All prices include inflatable setup and inflatable pick-up.
  • FREE DELIVERY unless otherwise stated.  Because “Hop On It!” services a large area, some delivery charges may apply.   Please see our Delivery Zone Maps for details:

                   Zone 1: West & Far West Suburbs

                   Zone 2: Far Southwest Suburbs 

  • “Hop On It!” Reserves the right to impose a $50.00 (fifty) net cleaning fee for each inflatable.
  • Each inflatable can be rented for additional time lengths ONLY if unit is available.   If the unit is NOT available, regular pick-up times and charges will apply as contracted.
  • “Hop On It!” guarantees a NO CHARGE CANCELLATION POLICY.  If, for any reason, customer needs to cancel the inflatable rental, no charges will be incurred.  
  • In the event rain, storms, high winds, etc. begin AFTER setup is complete, refunds are not available.   You will be contact regarding any credit(s) if applicable to your account.
  • “Hop On It!” strongly enforces and abides by safety for all customers.  “Hop On It!” reserves the right to cancel ANY inflatable rental in the event of a Weather Cancellation deemed necessary from “Hop On It!” such as minor weather changes and/or possibilities of rain, any high winds, or excessive temperature changes.    

**Noted Otherwise:  Each Funhouse unit and Miniature Combination unit  MUST be under supervision of at least 1 (one) persons 18 (eighteen) years of age or older at all times.   All Obstacle Courses and Water Slides require at least 2 (two) persons 18 (eighteen) years of age or older at all times.  Customer may purchase in advance unit supervisors at an hourly rate of $25.00 (twenty-five) dollars an hour each supervisor for the duration of unit rental only.
